They are fan made characters for mortal Kombat fanfic. They are not official MK Characters created by Warner Bros and Ed Boon.

if I download or buy MK Armageddon on PS4 I will create them in Create a Fighter mode or potential characters for Mortal Kombat 1 for future DLC.

If Warner Bros and Mortal Kombat were to introduce original characters, they would need to do so in a way that respects the existing fan base while also bringing something fresh and exciting to the franchise.The reason why I created the characters is to Introduce the future Mortal Kombat game or movie to expand the lore and franchise one day.

He uses both Magic and science with the help of the dismantled Sektor and imprisoned Shang Tsung.He Secretly receives illegal funds from Black and Red Dragon to increase the military Budget.He became a corrupt and ruthless leader of the military organization that protects Earthrealm by  justifying the means.

Rumor said he descended from Aztec gods and know about the existence of the Mortal Kombat tournament. He shared a strong rivalry with Jax Briggs and manipulate the leaders of Earth realm including the president of the United States and royal family of Britain to invade Outworld in the name of safety and vengeance for a past invasion. He mobilizes the military and government forces to launch an invasion on Outworld. Justifying it as a preemptive strike to protect Earthrealm, He uses the past invasion where his wife and mother were killed as a rallying cry, claiming that revenge must be sought.
